What it costs, and what happens if it breaks again

Three numbers and one warranty. You get all four before anyone knocks on your door.

The price

$75Diagnostic visit
Charged for the visit itself. Ricardo looks at the appliance, works out what has failed, and tells you.
$175Flat labor, standard repair
One flat rate for the work on a standard repair — not an hourly meter that runs while you watch.
Up to $225Unusually large jobs
A ceiling on the labor charge for an unusually involved job. It is a cap, not a separate rate tier — labor on a repair never goes above it.

The warranty

3-month parts warranty

For 3 months, Royal Appliance stands behind the replacement parts fitted during a repair.

Same problem comes back
If the same issue comes back within the warranty window, the return visit is free.
Something different goes wrong
A different issue is a new problem, billed as a new $75 diagnostic visit.

Both terms are printed here on purpose. You should know what the guarantee does and does not cover before you agree to the work, not after.

Proof, not adjectives

What homeowners say

No reviews here yet.

Royal Appliance is one person, and Ricardo is still gathering written reviews from the homeowners he has worked for. Until those arrive in his own customers’ words, this space stays empty on purpose — putting made-up praise here would be worth nothing to you, and it is exactly the thing this site is trying not to be.

In the meantime, the price and the warranty above are the commitments you can hold him to, and they are on this page in full.

Where and when

Service area and hours

Royal Appliance works in the Los Angeles area. Here is what is settled and what is not.

Service area

Ricardo works across the Los Angeles area, but the exact list of cities and neighborhoods he covers is not published on this site yet.

Rather than print a city list we are not sure of, we would rather you told us: put your city in the booking form and Ricardo will confirm whether he can get to you before anything is scheduled.

Hours

Ricardo has not published set hours here yet, and a schedule this site invented would be worse than none — it would send you looking for him at a time he has never agreed to.

The booking form has a field for the window that suits you. Say when you are home and Ricardo will tell you what he can actually make.

By phone

No phone number is published for Royal Appliance yet. The booking form is the way to reach Ricardo from this site — he replies to set a time.

Seven quick fields. Ricardo replies to confirm the fault, the price and a time — nothing is booked until you have spoken.

Plain words are fine — what you see, hear or smell, and when it started.

Say when you are usually home — for example, weekday mornings.

No payment now. Nothing is scheduled until Ricardo confirms.
